Venting?
Hello everyone I haven't been to school alot, I have so much to complete yet i never do my work.. teachers and parents are very disapointnned. Grades are dropping, I don't even try anymore. I always sleep late, wake up late wit red eyes and make it to school. I don't even have friends at school I get so lonely and sad and stressed out while having to talk to people. I don't even eat proper meals. What am I suppose to do now?

😔
I'm sorry you are struggling so much.
But it's not too late to change things slowly.
Small and consistent daily changes will allow you see progress and build your confidence.
Talk to your teacher.
Put a support plan in place.
You could try to start by getting a proper sleep routine.
Getting up with plenty of time to get ready for school.
You've got this.
And I'm sorry you are lonely at school, it might help to get involved in some groups 💚

It sounds like things are piling up. It must feel overwhelming especially if you feel you don’t have energy for simple things like eating.
You might need to push yourself to go through this.
If you could have any life you wanted without effort or limitations what would it be? It might be really worth giving it a thought as there might be inspirations in this picture.
Other than that do you have any chances for getting a therapist? If not, then maybe trying to figure out things with 7 cups listeners or through comments on this post?
@pinkCherry1616 thank you, yes there are lots of inspirations I have and how I wanna dress myself and act too but it's a bit too far away from how im actually I'm it just leaves me more insecure knowing I'll never be what i want but i don't know it feels embrassing to tell my parents I need a therapist im probably gonna have to do this myself

Hello Limegreen, I believe I know how you feel, when I first became ill I was EXACTLY the same. It IS a disheartening, frustrating, sad, angry, confused, lonely and chaotic time in your life. The good news is, it's NOT permanent and YOU do have the power, within you, to do something about it even if you don't believe you do right now.
If you think it might help try this,
(From my own personal experience)
I undertook a form of "meditation", if you like.
I simply sat, in a quiet room, that was comfortable in climate. I sat on a comfortable seat and I made a conscious effort to relax my body,
my physical shell. When I had relaxed the physical I went into my mind, I imagined actually looking into my mind as though it were a storeroom (which, in essence, is what the brain is) I "accepted" that I had been
labeled by the doctors and acknowledged that it was part of me now. I "walked" past it and went further in. I imagined my way back to a time before I was diagnosed, labeled, before I became the "now" me.
I saw, in my mind, the me I had been and I watched the "past" me. I watched the events I had experienced and watched how I had reacted, dealt with and succeeded at things. I saw my "courage", my "strength",
my "intelligence" at work, my "kindness", my "compassion" and my "sense of humour".
I saw what was STILL in me but buried.
It wasn't all said and done in one go. I had to keep doing it a number of times before it finally became clear but when it did the sense of empowerment and relief were overwhelming. I realised I could cope
with anything.
Also, in conjunction with this I developed the practice of positive affirmations;
"Affirmations are positive statements that help you deal with negative feelings, thoughts, and situations."
~ Old
Dominion University
An "affirmation" is a something you recognise, or see, about yourself and give voice, or strong thought to.
One example might be, when you get up in the morning, sit, or stand, in front of a mirror, look directly into your own eyes, don't be distracted, don't look away, don't falter and simply say, "I AM A GOOD PERSON", I would suggest repeating it three times.
Depending on what YOU need to get through the day before you you might change this to become, "I AM A STRONG PERSON." "I AM AN INTELLIGENT PERSON." or "I AM AN EFFECTIVE PERSON."
This initial, positive, interaction with yourself will help you face, and get through the day ahead. It's something you can repeat as often as needed in your mind or in a private space, throughout the day.
These
simple statements, when used on a regular basis, will, over time, become part of your automatic thought processes.
"Can positive affirmations help me overcome negative or unhelpful thoughts?"
Great question (even if I do say so myself) The answer, I have found, is YES, they can. Consider the following statements/thoughts that you might experience;
"I think I can...", "Maybe I can...", "What if I can't?", "I'm not sure that..." - Unconscious thought patterns that hold
you back. What if you changed them to read;
"I CAN...", "I CAN...", "I CAN...", and "I AM SURE I CAN..."
The effect is not "magic",
it's not "mumbo-jumbo" or "pop-psych b.s." It's you telling yourself, your brain, your thoughts what to be, it's you taking control back and strengthening yourself in the process.
Let's
take another example, or two.
Your thoughts/mind tells you, "I am a worthless person", or "I am a dumb person", even "Nobody likes me." - In the first place NONE of this true, you are a human being trying to make your way in the world while dealing with a bad personal situation.
I want you to try
re-framing these thoughts. Re-framing is, again, a relatively simple thing but again, requires some practice and reinforcement. When you catch yourself thinking these negatives think
about what THE OPPOSITE thought would be, such as,
"I am NOT a worthless person."
"I am NOT a dumb person."
"People
don't understand me. It's NOT my fault."
I recommend you try this out, you may be surprised at the results.
I was!
It is my hope that this may be of some help to you.
Namaste,
D.
@DireWolf62 I have tried that too, uhh. I've made myself be positive do small steps at a time but I just crash out and i think I'm better off this way I do want to get better but getting better is so heavy for me i tried to make myself thinking I can do this because the only one bullying me is only my mind at the end of the day

Hello my friend, I completely understand. I couldn't, and can't, promise it will happen in a short space of time and this is where the "Effort" part comes in. Without overburdening yourself be patient, a little each day is good, repeat as needed... it's kinda like learning to ride a bike, or be good at math, or anything like that. It needs your mind to be trained into a new way of perception and that, dear friend, is not easy; believe me I know.
Just know that we are here for you so that when you falter, when you stumble, when you feel weak and burdened, we are here to support you no matter what.
Namaste,
D.

It does sound a bit of some depression. Take a walk outside if you can or find a nice hobby to distract and relax your mind for a bit. You can always come back to your studies and homework.
I know right now it might be hard to see your accomplishments but remember that even the smallest thing counts as something good.
For meals, even taking a small sip of water or even a light or small snacks would be of some benefit to help you.
Once again amall steps everyday. You got this ❤️
