You can use discord. On discord you can just press a button and find people near you with the app. and you can talk that easily. or you can add people manually. if they are far away like across country. Also.. you are pretty young to be online. However I have met a 12 year old on discord so i guess its fine. Discord is child friendly lol
If youre going to get the app, you could add me so you wont be so lonely at first. Their are also public servers.. millions of them. That you can join. All different types of groups, gaming, writers, roleplayers, the gender sexuality thing, furries, everything you can name. If you want to add me tell me
