Broken-hearted

Hi everyone,

I have recently gone through a break up and have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

we were together for 21 years and we just grew apart.

I feel like I’ve lost everything I held dear for so long, my home, my partner and I’m now separated from my children.

on medication and am now awaiting therapy, but I feel so lonely right now.

I guess I’d like to hear from someone who’s gone through something similar.

I know everything will be okay eventually, but I’m really struggling right now.

Thanks

LS

@loyalSugar8759 That's really heartbreaking to hear. Going through break up after a lond time being together, being diagnosed with mental illness, losing people and things you used to love and being seperated from our loved one. You're strong. I couldn't even imagine myself being in your place. And I want ot know that I hear you. I may not go through similar things with you the most of it but I can unconciously feel how heavy this is to talk about with anyone. Feel free if you want to vent here. I'll be your listening ear if you would love to let me. *sending strength, loves and healing beams*

Thank you so much for your reply, it means a lot.

It is the hardest thing I have ever had to endure and the pain is indescribable

I do have hope for a brighter future though, I have found somewhere to live and will rebuild my life.

It will be a different life but it will be a good one.

Time will heal me eventually, I have to have faith in that.

I am up and down emotionally, most days, but today I am feeling positive that these days will slowly become more frequent.

The road ahead is long and there will be obstacles along the way.

This will build strength and character and will no doubt change me as a person.

I just hope I have the strength.
