Depressed.

My depression is back again and I feel like someone is strangling me. I haven't left my bed in 5 days. When I eat I either overeat or don't eat at all. I'm in my 30s and I have no friends and my family couldn't care less.
I want to fight this but I don't have the power anymore.

I am sorry that noone in your life is there for you. Depression is not something to face alone. Facing depression when noone is wanting to be there is hard. there is so many listeners here on 7 cups that will support you and won't let you deal with this alone.
