Hello
I returned home after a week today. During my trip when my sister and her husband were fighting i realized for the first time that i get jumpy. I suppose I've gotten used to my own parents making a fuss because it predictable now. I came back home, looking forward to enjoying the comfort of my room. I wanted to appreciate it for atleast a short while before things took off like they do but the moment i sat in the car with my brother the wheel in my head started to turn. It was getting suffocating. I met my mother at dinner later and a 5 min conversation had me wanting to start bawling. Brought my food upstairs, threw some stuff around, cried and cussed alot till i went numb. Now I'm restless. Angry, sad and restless. I'll go to therapy next week but i know i won't be able to tell let alone explain any of this. This is so unfair.

I understand how hard things can be. Especially when it involves arguing//fighting. And hoping to come back from a trip and have peace before it started up. And bawling after 5 mins of talking to your mom is understandable. Your emotions are valid. Also I understand self h*rm and how it affects people in different ways. There are difffrent reasons to do it. And I'm sorry you haven't had a great week and that after a week of forgetting about su*cide you thought about it again. I understand that it's a big deal. I really think therapy would help you. And opening up, even though it's scary they can help you. Being honest with them is hard but they are there to help you. And yes life is unfair to many people. I hope you feel better and know that you're not alone. We're here to support you and listen to you. (Stay safe)
