Hi, thanks. Today was tough. My therapist is great, but it gets tough waiting for support in between sessions... so I thought I would look for a support group. Nice to meet you all.

Ah yes. Waiting between sessions can be tough. Especially if they are spaced a bit far apart. It’s nice that you took the step to look for a support group. It’s always nice to meet like-minded people. Glad to have you here.💜
