Hi everybody
I have been in the moderately severe depression category for three or four years. It got worse in October 2020 when I developed long Covid and became disabled. I still feel ashamed and embarrassed when I try to talk to people about what I’m going through. I’m still not good at telling anybody. So it will be nice to have people to talk with. Hi!
Hey @0025Lisbon, welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear how covid impacted your health and made it worse, depression alone is so difficult to manage. I get it is not easy to share how we feel or what we might be experiencing, but yes yes, we all do deserve a safe, non-judgmental, comfortable space to talk and share what we need to, I'm really glad you're reaching out in 7 cups and hope you find good support and company here. ❤
