Hi. Ive been having a hard time lately. My depression has become a little out of control. Worse than usual. This happens Im doing bad then Im better then its bad again. Im back in that bad state. I feel sooooo sad and Im not even sure why. I started taking a new medicine and Im not sure if its working but Ill keep trying it a little longer. I hope one day things will be better for and for others too.

Medicine treats the headache, but not the root cause of the problem.. ITs like cancer and painkillers.. You may not feel the cancer anymore, but its still there waiting for them to wear off and they do wear off and you do become resistant to them and the longer you wait the harder it is to fight it..

Some depressions are caused from lack of meaning, which is understandable in this world of who has more monopoly money and can afford the shiniest things.. There just isnt any substance.. No soul if we are to get a little bit religious.

Some depressions are caused by genetic predisposition and those genes being activated by idiot parents who shouldn't be parents in the first place.. Just because you inherit depression genes doesnt mean you'll have them activated, especially if you are in a happy family..

Some depressions are caused by trauma..

All depressions are as unique as the people that have them, thus each person must seek what works for the in the end.. Just remember.. Medicine only treats the headache.. Not the cancer..

Dont get me wrong.. Sometimes medicine helps, but isnt it strange how despite there being medicine.. Depression keeps on spreading like a plague ?.. More and more people have it..
