It is not just a "phase"
Hey there folks! I just joined 7 cups of tea last month.
I would love to actively support people who deal with low self-esteem and depression. It is a matter of grave concern and must not be taken lightly..
I write poems about such things and would love to share it with you guys. It would be wonderful if people could share their own literary works. It would bring people together.

I am no writer and I haven't written anything of my own, but it's always great to have someone new around to help with our mutual cause for others!
I am listening most commonly to people who struggle with depression, and like many other conditions it should not be taken lightly, just like any other illness like common cold.
