Hi! Im not sure if my intro posted so heres my second shot. My name is Chloe and Im 19. Ive struggled with depression (among other things) for about 8 years now. My life kind of fell apart in the last week. This sent me into a downward spiral which led me to realize that depression isnt something I can handle on my own or just ignore. Im so glad I was able to find 7cups
