New to here

Hi. I’m new to this site. I been suffering for depression for a long time and finally took the first step and received medical help. The medication has helped but still have some down times. I’m just a normal guy. To know me you would think nothing is wrong I’m happy on the outside but when only all the thoughts come out.

if someone else is like me and can offer help that would be greatly appreciated.
