Thank you so much for posting this, love! I've suffered with CFS myself for six years (technically ME now), and this guide was really aligned with the CBT I went through earlier this year to help me better manage my symptoms, thank you so much for sharing it!
I know that when my symptoms flare up, I tend to capitalise on my good days and completely burn myself out, which this guide shows as a rapid series of rises and falls - far better to limit the activity on the good days, and therefore maintain a consistant level of recovery.
The guide talks about planning a daily routine as well, which I didn't do as much - instead, I opted for a weekly routine, so I knew when my rest days were, so if I could just make it through the next few days, I could reward myself with a low activity day, instead of feeling guilty all the time about not being able to manage my energy levels.
