Thursday November 17 - Disability community check-in thread

To me I am thankful for the people I have around me. Not trying to offend anybody here. I'm also thankful that God gave me a second chance at life, I was clinically dead at birth.

I am thankful that I'm alive when I technically shouldn't be and that I am well enough to live independently with my 3 beautiful cats and my roommate who I am caregiver of. None of that was ever predicted for me by doctors.

I am also thankful that I have good friends online and a lovely boyfriend who is very supportive of me. I want to make some friends in person but I am not too bothered whether it happens any time soon or not as I have an active life on the internet and I am never short of people to talk with either by text or video chat.

I am thankful for my 3 cats, my friend, and online support.
