@mytwistedsoul aww, you are welcome in these check-ins anytime twisted you know that and thankyou you too merry Christmas before December begun I thought it was going to be a bad one again without my mother and feel lonely like every year has been without her but theirs hope for us all even in those times just takes one person to give something so you look forward to it that was my aunty she provided everything I need for Christmas dinner im thinking non-traditional I'm gonna have a pork loin with everything instead she got me a hamper of meat chocolate biscuits too so all my treats I need over Christmas which then meant I could focus on my monthly food shop.
on top of that got me 6 presents to open

@CaringBrit Thank you Brit. I'm glad this year is looking alittle better for you. The holidays are hard. Pork loin sounds wonderful. Here we usually do pork on New Years day - with sourkraut. It's supposed to bring good luck for the year.

what is everyone's favourite Christmas song and why? The holiday I'm celebrating this week is Chanukkah and my favorite Chanukkah related song is "Light One Candle" by Peter, Paul, and Mary. I'm not really sure why it just always moves me really deeply. Almost every line resonates with me and each time I hear it a different one moves me to tears.
which part is your favourite lyric share it with us? "Light one candle for the strength that we need, To never become our own foe"
anything going on this week you feel you need to vent about? It's weird to celebrate a festival of lights when light makes you sick. Wrestling with that a bit.
anything good you wish to share? My partner is going to be off work for a couple of weeks!!!

could you share a link to the song full one so i can listen to it the holidays i celebrate is about giving n recieving spending time with loved ones i have my faith too but the main thing is the giving recieving sharing so id like to know more about your festival thats if you want too and aww i have heard songs like that there great singers when they can create lines to move people to feel emotions
