I wanted to start a support group for anyone with an auto immune disease to share worries, conditions, support etc.

Nice to meet you, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and I used a lot of the material from Dr. Datis Kharazzian to help with that. I have other issues as well.

Today I feel tired and achy, the cold has been getting to me and I have spasticity issues which means that muscles get tight and do not relax again. Think charlie horse but all over. fun fun fun. How is everyone else doing?
