Healthy is... (Finish the sentence)
Hi everyone! I'm interested in learning your views.
We often label things healthy or unhealthy but what does it mean to be healthy. Maybe we can discuss and find out what it means.
I would like to start with a statement and I would like to see what you think about it. What does it mean to you? Okay, here is the first statement:
Healthy is personal.
Healthy is taking care of yourself.

What do you think about the statement "healthy is personal." and what makes you think so?
... being happy and working on getting comfortable; taking care of body necessities.

I like your definition of healthy. :) Being happy and practicing self care seem to play an important part of feeling healthy. taking care of body necessities and happiness might vary with every person. What do you think about it? Is healthy personal? And what does it mean to you?

Healthy is relative, it depends. There are parameters for a maximum and a minimum and some of it is about free will and choices within those parameters, and some of it is out of our control and that establishes the parameters.
