Everyone who uses electric or manual wheelchair, how do you cope with being in wheelchair? Which wheelchair do you use (manual, electric) and which is your diagnosis?

I currently have a manual one as i am not wheel chair bound - though i am looking into getting an electric one so i have more independance on the days i can walk - I do make sure i spend a little extra on a gel cushion as it helps with the bumps and is more comfortable!
