Small wins
Sometimes the things that feel like a big deal to us might look small to other people. But they matter to us.
What's one small win you've had recently? Something that made you think, "Yeah, I did it."
I'll start — I made a pizza the other day, and it turned out great. No mess, no chaos, nothing went wrong. If you know what it's like when cooking is an adventure you can't fully see, you know why that counts. 😄
I'd love to hear yours. No win is too small.

Love this 🥰
It's not a big deal but I finally got around to cleaning my room, new bed assembled, lots of items sold, and lots of bags thrown in bin, and lots of bags donated to charity, lots of cleaning finally accomplished and it feels great, as it felt overwhelmed to begin with 🥰
i woke up and got out of bed today? Which seems to be somewhat increasingly difficult to do so lately.
I also cleaned a bit and started a craft project that’s projected to last for a few months. still have a slight fever, headache and sore throat, and slightly difficulty breathing from a really bad cold/congestion/stuffy nose. took out the trash. Cooked for the day. And took care of both my daughter and husband who is starting to catch my cold but seems to be dealing with it worse than me. Took my baby to her appointment and therapies. When I wasn’t alone like at her speech therapy or OT or PT sessions I would wear a mask cuz I didn’t want to get anyone sick.
Basically I kept busy because I’m slowly spiraling because my therapist is on vacation for a month and I missed my weekly two mental health support groups last week and this week and since my husband is starting to get sick all he does is sleep. So there’s no one to talk to lately.
