What’s an ableist comment that you have received that you don’t think was intentional?

Ableism is never ok, some people don't even realize they are doing it. I hope I can spread awareness more about this. So that people can realize what they say is wrong, and hopefully not say it.

I've received many ableist comments, which I don't think some were intentional. A lot of the time I would just get excluded, because I don't think people realize I can do just as much as them, just takes a little longer. I think the reason I was excluded was because they didn't want me to feel sad that I can't, but we should not assume or underestimate.
