Living with lupus and fibromyalgia

This is my first post I'm new here. Recently with my lupus and fibromyalgia I am focused on my health and moving forward taking steps to maintain it. Its nice knowing I'm not alone in the world. I was ableist towards myself for a long time due to society and being the scapegoat of a narcissistic family. I do live at home with my mom but I am hoping to make friends and build relationships with those who live with disabilities as well.
I love deep connections and long chats. Conversations are my strength and value nature, animals and humans. I look forward to hearing from you all. Just know you all have value in this world and your disabilities don't make you any less of a human being.
