To understand people with disabilities are humans too.

A movie helped me to understand that you shouldn't pity or behave sympathetic toward people with disabilities.

Empathy & considering one's abilities, it's much different than looking into eyes of a person with pity & sympathy.

Now that experienced disability myself, feel so relatable with this fact.

I prefer sometimes doing some activities even if they are challenging for me instead of other's doing the activity for me

Yet at the same time I feel frustrated when people forgot I'm not capable of some activities.

How do you feel about all this? Looking forward hearing from you.

@NobleSeeker

I think the person who's disabled should be able to be fully encouraged to challenge themselves when they express they want to or are taking initiative on doing something. I have low vision myself and there are things I can do, cannot do, and test myself to do, and my partner is extremely understanding of my limitations and when I want my independence. But for everyone else who's not aware of my disability or doesn't get it, I have to communicate where these boundaries lie.

This is a really great topic! Thanks for raising it.

Yes ; Everyone has some sort of Impairment. It Is Nice To Get Comfort While Going Through It.
