Hi! My name is Elysia Bronson, and I am a counsellor with The Woods Counselling Co. We have put together two free,  resources for Canadians living with chronic pain and complex chronic illness — including POTS, MCAS, ME/CFS, and Long COVID — and I am hoping they may be useful to you.
