HELP! - A Poem - By Joy

So this is a poem i wrote because i have struggled so much lately getting the support i need physically and mentally and i thought i would share it with you. I will put a ***********TRIGGER WARNING************ just in case. Thankyou!

Her mind is spiraling up, down and everywhere

She tried to tell you, reach out but you didnt care.

Turned her away - You didnt even know,

Because of you now shes feeling so, so low

Even though her family really does care and love her,

She wont tell them the hruth - her minds a blur.

Causing more worry is not what she wants at all,

She reached out for help - But got nothing, not even a call.

Look at what you're doing - denying support

Does she have to act on her thoughts

She wanted the help before it all got worse

Now she dwelling - thinking she's been cursed

People need to listen make improvements and changed

It isn't woring - her only hope is strangers.

Soon she and others will act on their thoughts,

Then there will be lots of death reports!
