Hi! I am also looking for some ADHD friends too. I was just diagnosed this past year as a woman in her 30’s. Sounds about right, right? Ha.


I know what you mean- it's different when someone gets it because they also experience it vs someone who hasn't.


I also want to discuss the struggles that come with this diagnosis. Usually, ADHD doesn't show up without their best friends (Anxiety and Depression)!
