Arthritis help and support?

I have psoriatic arthritis and mild Crohn's disease.

My knees are currently flaring up and I am waiting on getting my 5th cortisone injection. I have had a small weekend job in the nhs for a few years now and don't do anything currently during the week as I don't know if my knees would handle another job.

I just don't know what to do with my life anymore.. I feel like I'm wasting my life :(

@iKayz You sound really frustrated with the whold situation. Which I completely understand; I have bad knees, too. One thing that helps me is trying to find the positives in the situation. Knees won't hold up for another job? No problem! You can take up knitting. Or needlepoint. Write a book. Or a blog. Play internet games. Or read every website on the internet. Take all the free online college courses you can find. Read all the books you've always wanted to read. Watch every movie you've always wanted to see. Time you ENJOY wasting is not time wasted.

What strengths or positives do you have in you that you might be ignoring right now? Five years from now, if you look back on the situation, will you look at it any differently?
