I’m 17 years old and I don’t know what to do anymore, I have cerebral palsy and a curved spine , one of my legs is longer than the other by a bit , but it’s enough to cause me bad back pain all the time . My shoulder hurts as my posture is bad but I struggle to keep a good posture and I constantly feel tilted

@azureYard8422

For what it's worth, I have the exact same condition (and issues stemming from my cerebral palsy).

If you don't mind me asking, what type of cerebral palsy do you have? For me and my back pain, I find that my heating pad helps at night.

Do you think going to a chiropractor can help?

I have had degenerative disc disease for years. There isn’t much that can be done besides physical therapy. I was on meds for years but got cut off when the doctors started getting scared to prescribe anything. Now I just wallow a lot.
