So i have been thinking to myself lately how frustraiting it is living with chronic pain, it can be agonising. It cann feel like there is no end to the pain. It becomes extremely drustraiting when you cant do saily living tasks, i know it makes myself feel like im worthless and insignificant because i cant complete 'simple' tasks. I have felt alone in this fight with chronic pain for a while however im sure there are others like me.

I havw created this post to let people know you are not alone! Anyone and everyone is welcome to rant here and we can all support eachother in this fight! I know tou are all strong and i am sending everyone some spoons!!

@JoyIntoDarkness thank you for building up another place of support, that is truly wonderful of you heart

I am so sorry you're living through so much pain all the time. Make sure to take time for self-care and relax as much as you can. Stay strong - and you're right, you are never alone.

I stumbled upon your post while trying to find something to connect with. In short been dealing with various levels of chronic to debilitating pain for six years now and its yet another flare-up weekend that has me down feeling like Im on borrowed time. I am not reaching in out air out this chronic laundry, as it were, although I know I desperately need to do that. No, I just wanted to thank you for putting yourself out there. For opening up. For reaching out. Sometimes I need to be reminded that I should do the same as opposed to hiding in the trapped thoughts of my failing body while pretending it isnt happening. Not even sure if that makes sense.

In any case, thanks for putting yourself out there and indirectly reminding me that I should do the same. Best of luck to you.
