I understand. I've had a headache since January. Definitely not as long but I know how you feel. My doctors don't know what my headaches are being caused by or how to get them to go away.

Hey there! So sorry to hear about your awful headache, there is nothing worse than that fuzzy pain inside your head! I hope it goes soon....

Here are some little tips for you to take away, its probable a good idea for you to try and record movements for your doctor so they are able to retain further information and symptoms regarding your headache.

Sleep patterns and food diaries are helpful, whilst maintaining a fully hydrated body is essential. Try and pinpoint how the headache makes you feel, describe your pain towards, noise, light, smells, sitting and laying positions, where about in your head is the pain, above your eyes? Temple, forehead.....

The more information you can give your doctor, the more they are able to investigate as to what's happening.

I do hope your feeling better soon, id maybe suggest having an eye test too if you haven't had one.

Take care

@navyTortoise5674 Yeah. I guess. It's just right now they think it's caused by depression.

Even if your headaches primary cause is your depression, you can still be treated for it, there are things in which you can do to alleviate the pain, by recording movements, symptoms etc.... is a good source to reflect on your daily movements. Think about it, it won't hurt to try will it.

I wish you the very best of luck, and hope your pain free sooooooooon!
