Myth: Everyone has a specific trigger for their migraines.

Fact: Everyone cannot place their fingers on any one specific trigger, for some individuals, it changes over time.

I am unsure weather this is a fact or a myth but i know mu friend and her dad always get migranes when it is goin to rain and storm - which is kinda wiered and cool!

Myth: Migraines always include a headache.

Fact: There is something called a "silent migraine," in which other symptoms manifest without the actual headache. Symptoms include dizziness, aura, nausea, speech problems, sensitivity to light, sound, or smell, just to name a few.
