No support dealing with Fibromyalgia

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and chron’s disease over ten years ago and was told I had to stop working! At the time I was in charge of all departments for Goodwill Industries, raising six kids and dealing with my mothers cancer and thrombosis. Since then I have lost my mom (my only true parent). Neither sister has stayed in touch or returned phone calls’! Yet if anyone in the family has any major problem in life, I am the one person they all call! Including cousins that are fifteen plus years older than me! I feel so isolated! I also feel as if I gave up my life to do for everyone else in the world! Yet I can not seem to get anyone in my life to think of me first! Just feel as if I have no purpose in life other than being in the same spot, so when everyone needs something. I am there!?
