Having trouble finding work

I am having the hardest time finding work. I have had several interviews. My cerebral palsy makes it so frustrating. I have always done well in school and am a few credits shy of an associate's degree, but can't secure any job. Yet my able-bodied sister, who has no college education and a criminal record can find jobs without any problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar struggle?
