Is it odd for me to not recognise my feelings

I'm autistic, specifically asberger syndrome, I almost never know if I'm happy or not, the main way I can know what I'm feeling is through the reaction of the people around me. Is this normal for people with this specific autism type

@Chikencake hey, I hope your having a great day! Everyone is different so everyone would have different reactions, it's normal for some people and not normal for others, you know you best!<3

@Chikencake as autism has a very broad spectrum of autism and i don't even know which autism spectrum do you have, i can't tell you what is normal and what is not normal for your autism type. But i can emphatize with you. I feel your struggles.

@Chikencake

I think it is fairly normal but idk. My therapist works with me on it some because my emotions can build up because I don't know what they are.
