Useless Limb
I was in a car accident when a bunch of "shrapnel" and car parts lodged in my left leg i denied the surgery and the treatment has left me with a useless limb, i can no longer do things i loved like running track,playing basketball.ever since this has happened ive put on some weight since i cant be as athletic, and play sports the way i used to. i hate the looks of pity people give me they constantly ask if i need help no matter if im doing the easiest task i can. i hate it i want to be treated like a normal human being
Hello. I'm Hannah and am a below elbow amputee on my left arm. I know a lot of peoplethat had the same problemand I do know that my leg amputee friends are active with theuse of their prostheses. I know that it takes a lot of courage and strength to say good bye to one of your limbs, but this communityis really helpful and accepting. I have faith that you can do anything that you set your mind to no matter what!
