Admitted to the hospital
Today I was told that I would be admitted to the hospital for 17 days either tommorow or the day after. If anyone here has gone to the hospital for anorexia could you explain what happens like for instance (sounds stupid) but could I like bring a bag with books and my skin care routine/ bathroom essentials?
I know a few people who have been admitted to hospital because of anorexia, and different hospitals seem to do things differently. So it's impossible to predict what your hospital will do.
Maybe you can call the unit where you will be admitted and ask them? Or, if someone will be with you when you're admitted, bring the things you need but be prepared to let whoever is with you keep them for you temporarily.
