@summertimeSamness Eating disorders affect many people, even without people externally realising that someone may have distress around their eating. Even those who appear to be a healthy weight on the outside, may be suffering dreadfully physically and emotionally on the inside

I know and a lotta people don't think they have a problem because they don't have a low enough weight. But they still need help

@summertimeSamness thank you for posting this. I personally find it revolting that you can not be diagnosed as "truly" anorexic if you are not underweight as a lot of anorexia sufferers start out with being overweight. By the time someone is underweight there is a high chance they suffered for far too long to be able to ever live a normal life again. It is also very concerning that so many of my friends (all 16-18 years old mostly) hate their bodies and often times severely restrict and over-exercise to look good for a date or something all while thinking that this is normal and healthy behaviour just because they're "not obsessed enough" and they're "only doing it as a diet". If we want to actually do something against Eating Disorders we have to raise awareness for it.

Thanks for the comment <3 I agree!!! I always hear from friends "I'm not skinny enough to have an eating disorder" so I found this and thought it could help some people <3 You can message if you want some support or resources <3<3<3
