Calories
Is digesting a total of 965 kcal healthy? Or should I be digesting less calories? Or what is the healthy cal amount?
I'm not a professional but I can tell from my gym days that it all depends on your age and current weight, also you must be getting those calories from healthy food. To respond to your question on if it is enough the answer is no, for most people consuming less than 1200 is unhealthy.
You shouldn't be thinking about eating less than 965 but probably more. As I said tho, it all depends on many factor including age, sex, physical activity and weight. You can take a test online with all those factors, try a BMI calculator or just type something like "how many calories should I eat" it should take you to a test that most nutritionist use, you can even take more than one to prove that the test or "calculator" was right.
Hope it helps but if you feel like you don't feel happy with your body go for profesional help or just try and hit the gym.

Hi--here's a resource I found that has a calorie calculator.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-calories-per-day
Based on this link, 965 kcal/day is probably too low in order to meet your nutritional needs. Most women need somewhere between 1600-2400 calories/day and most men need 2000-3000 calories/day in order to maintain their current weight, depending on age and activity level. For weight loss, the general rule of thumb is to subtract 500 calories from the amount needed to maintain your current weight, and then that will result in losing 1 pound per week.
