@easyWater3648 - Hi there. I know it can be incredibly hard after getting to this point to even think about the idea of eating again, but I imagine that there are also reasons that you came here and reached out and that there's a part of you that's feeling like it's time to get help and to make a change and that this isn't working for you anymore. Have you talked to anyone about what's going on? You're always welcome to reach out to me if you think I could help. Take care

@easyWater3648 - It can be easy to get caught up being proud over a recent weight loss, that you don't realize how much you hurt yourself getting to that point. You said the thought of food disgusts you. After your unhealthy weight loss, over a month and a half, you must be feeling like food is the enemy; that if you did eat, you would gain weight.

I'd like to remind you that food is not the enemy. It is a source of energy for your body, a way to nourish it and take care of it. You've lost weight, and that was your goal before.

Coming back to healthy eating habits is a really difficult thing to do. You can get caught in a pattern of binge eating & restricting, or one or the other. A exercise you might like to try would be to have a small portion of a food you enjoyed before; you do not have to eat until you are full, but you cannot eat until you are sick. Going from one extreme to the other can only damage you.

I wish you the best of luck.
