My experience with ED

After I overdosed on my medication I was diagnosed with Anorexia, Im not allowed a scale in my house so I secretly bought a new one I eat up to 500 calories a day and I was so curious to why all of this started occurring so suddenly, a councillor told me she believed it was because I feel I’ve lost control in my life so this is the one thing I could control which I believe to be true, some people are making it seem like what I’m doing is crazy but I honestly don’t understand why people think it’s such a huge deal when I don’t
