Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you're suffering from anorexia. it can be a very difficult disease to have to go through because it attacks the mind and the body. You continue to lose weight but you always think you're not skinny enough and so you feel you'd have to continue "dieting" and it causes you to get sick. With anorexia, it can take therapy and a lot of combating your thoughts to really fight. But you can do it. How do you feel about going to the hospital if you think it's very serious?

I could, but at the same time I have to finish my full time internship to graduate and get my degree after this semester... but I am not sure I can handle this on my own... I do have support but I notice that I just keep getting worse and emotionally too. I am seeing a nutritionist for the second time this coming week and getting a consultation for out patient.. it's so hard to and tiring to fight this thing.. and I don't know why I cry all the time and I am so anxious around food and the anxiety is getting worse around eating wit other people.
Thank you for the information on those websites they were very knowledgeable!

i am glad to hear that you're taking the proper steps to get help. Life can definitely be very stressful. You're welcome! Anorexia is a hard disorder to fight but it's not impossible. One of the best ways to fight is to work on changing your thinking patterns.
@HalliwellSister
That's good to know except more often than not, I don't even know what I am thinking and that makes it very difficult to try to understand what is actually going on...
@Mla00228
i see. It can be difficult to challenge your thoughts when you're unsure of what exactly is going on in your head. Have you ever kept a journal where you can write about how you feel and argue with yourself that way?
@HalliwellSister
No but that's a really good suggestion, I will have to try that!
@HalliwellSister
It's as if the thoughts are automatic :(
@Mla00228
ah we all have these automatic thoughts. The key is to catch them and reason them away. I recommend the anxiety self help guide and the eating disorder self help guide on this website
@HalliwellSister
I will definitely try them! Thank you for your support giving me things things hat I can try, because honestly don't know why I am crying and anxious all the time and depressed but by you giving me ideas idea because I am willing to try anything because this seems to be overwhelming for me... so things ha thank you for everything! :)
