I'm kinda freaking out. I'm not allowed to have a scale in my house. But I have a doctor appointment ment coming up and I'm absolutely terrified to see the number on the scale.

Breathe it’s gonna be okay The number doesn’t matter What matters is you are trying I was scared for the past two weeks to step on the scale so sure i’ve gained but to my surprise when i did do it today i lost ! Sometimes what we feel has nothing to do with what’s really true I hope it gets easier with you❤️

@idwtdbidwtl Please just tell the doctor that you don't wanna know the number. That's what I do when at the doctor :)
