...See more I had been on vacation for a week and today was my coachs first time seeing me in a little while. When he looked at me he said that I looked like I had lost weight and he was proud. He said "maybe you won't be a flightless bird now." He then asked if I had ate which I responded with yes very healthy foods. He then said good job now we need to lose more. I was so proud that he was happy. and the pleaser in me is desperate to restrict even more to make him prouder. Today's been hard for me to ignore the Ed thoughts and I've been giving into them

...See more alr so I'm a gymnast and I just had major elbow reconstruction surgery. I can't do any physical excercize in the gym for 3 weeks. I'm used to working out 30 hours a week. I only feel accomplished when I work out for long hours. With not being able to do anything I'm worried that my body image issues will get even worse. I'm scared of feeling terrible because I can't workout. I'm eating habits have become worse as I try to compensate for the lack of working out.

...See more I'm kinda freaking out. I'm not allowed to have a scale in my house. But I have a doctor appointment ment coming up and I'm absolutely terrified to see the number on the scale.

...See more all right so not really sure what I am at this point. I'm a gymnast and my coach's are obsessed with our weight. My coach says we need to cut carb sugar and fat out of our diets. She also makes us workout in jackets and legging so we burn more calories. I work out 5 hours a day and I'm counting my calories I try to stick to a calorie-based diet. I'm at a point we're I can't look in the mirror with out being repuled. Food disgust me and even when I'm hungry I can't eat. I struggle to eat in front of people or talk about what I eat in general. I'm not really sure what that makes me. My parents refuse to have a scale in the house so Ive found my self weighing myself up to 10 times a day when I go to a friend's house. I think that now that my coach has made remarks about my body image and weight it's gotten worse. but ya so I'm not really sure if I qualify for the whole eating dosorder thing. specific calorie value removed by AffyAvo
