For some reason I can't seem to stop eating. It's not that I want to stop eating all together (though I have thought about it), I just keep eating even when I'm full. I eat so much that my stomach hurts but then I still keep eating. Help. I don't know why I'm doing this to myself. I feel sick from all the food that I shove into my mouth..

Are you eating because you're stressed or bored? Have you thought of getting a checkup at the doctor's just in case?

I'm not exactly sure why I can't stop. Maybe it's cause I'm bored? I guess... not sure. I haven't really talked to anyone about it.. It didn't seem like anything serious to me. Just can't stop eating.

Have you tried occupying yourself whenever you feel hungry? Like going out for a walk or learning some zumba dance from youtube. If not, you should try it out for like a week and see if you still feel hungry constantly

Hmmm, that's a good idea. I will have to give that a try. Thanks.

@BarBar

Hey, I totally hear you — that sounds really tough. Sometimes when we're overwhelmed or feeling off, food becomes a coping mechanism without us even realizing it. You're not alone in this. Maybe try giving yourself a small treat that’s satisfying but portioned — like something from Wendy’s menu. They’ve got options that can hit the spot without overdoing it. Be kind to yourself — you deserve care, not guilt.

@courageousBanana2981
@courageousBanana2981 Thanks for sharing that! Taking a moment to treat yourself to something small and manageable can be a really comforting way to reset when things feel overwhelming. For anyone looking for a light pick-me-up or a mindful treat to start their day, taking a look at a balanced coffee menu can be a great way to find something satisfying without feeling too heavy. Always remember to be kind to yourself!

@BarBar I hear you—you’re not alone, and this isn’t your fault. Eating past fullness and feeling out of control can be signs of binge eating, which is treatable. Pause, breathe, hydrate, and avoid judgment. Reach out to a therapist or support group for help. You deserve care and relief.

If you want, I can also suggest safe ways to manage cravings while still enjoying treats like 7 Brew featured drinks. Sugar-free versions are also available if you are monitoring your carbs & sugars. They are so light and refreshing that you can enjoy them anytime without feeling too heavy, making them perfect for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing treat.

@BarBar I am facing the same thing; I just wanna eat all day. Most of the day is spent drinking and checking coffee menus. Bruh, but these drinks are like a vaccine to me; I think you should also give it a try.

I do this exact same thing. I eat and eat and eat and I will literally make myself sick. I do this everyday, I dont know why. I've tried everything I know to do, aside from seeking actual like medical help but I can't even afford the doctor office visit much less therapy or medication.
