Hello i've been diagnosed with restrictive food intake disorder for most of my life and i can't eat most food without feeling sick after. But i have huge cravings for foods i can eat, but they aren't the healthiest.Whenever i cook those foods i will eat one portion and then another and another..

I feel so bad about doings this, but i just feel really good eating those things becuse i won't wanna vomit after.

Would like to know if there's some foods what are healthy you can add to day where you are carful in what you pick and ones what are less difficult to eat. Like Brazil o been told that they are good in high fibre, they help you with iron and get you eatting more protein. Cuz nuts have that source of energy you can eat anyone of day as a snack and good thing it's healthy. Adding more nuts into your food, veg like avacado made by cooking with some peppers and spinach is also good way to eat a good meal or beans and rice have the carbs and energy again to make you feel full for longer. You can still have chocolate if you feel like but opted for a dark one with less carbs and flavourings in it. Have it once Inna while and after dinner not as a snack where those are times we snack more but if you do have it little and often. A square or two throughout the day when it comes to other foods what are you can make at home. I don't know if you do cooking but homemade stuff tastes better then out of packet so trying making your own stuff and storing it up. There's recipes I'm sure online you can find also the healthy living page on here under foruns and part be in the subcomminity and share and experience your ideas with others and they help you out aswell as you. Hope that ok o
