I need help

I think I'm beginning to develop an eating disorder, recently I've been starving myself or eating minimal calories-no more than 500. If I do eat I exercise to burn off the calories.

I chew and spit food out so I have the taste but I don't actually have to swallow it, eating just makes me feel so guilty.

I'm dropping around about a pound a day, is that bad? I don't know, all I know is that I'm depressed and that right now the only thing I can control is food.

I also record everything I eat, how much weight I've lost etc in a diary, I weigh myself every day. I take freezing cold showers because apparently it helps you burn off calories..

Does this sound like an eating disorder? No one will help me.

@urassthetics

It does sound like an eating disorder. You should only lose up to 2 pounds a week as healthy weight loss, so a pound a day isn't healthy. Adult females should have a minimum of 1500 calories a day or 1200 if you're on a diet. You might want to take a look at this guide. I hope you get the help you need soon!
