binging on fruit
I can't stop eating small tangerines and dates. Idk how much the cals in them, but initially i eat them to fulfil my sugar cravings instead of eating unhealthy snacks. The thing is, I overeat fruits. I ate like 8 tangerines yesterday and I feel as awful as eating unhealthy food :( is it ok to binge on fruit?
@aileengalx As I see it binging are never good. But it's better to binge on fruits than many other stuff. So yeah you shouldn't do it dear :)

Here are some ideas that may or may not apply to you. Always refer to health professionals before making any lifestyle changes.
One big problem is citrus fruit tends to make the mouth very acidic, so one is going to get more cavities as explained here. Also sugar in fruit feeds the bacteria that cause cavities.

One big problem with eating a lot of sugary food regularly is...
it might mess with the body's hormones that are supposed to make one feel full after eating.
So people who eat sugary food a lot regularly might be in a vicious cycle...
They have a craving because they've been eating sugar a lot.
They eat more sugar instead of foods that would make them feel full for a long time.
The sugar blocks the body's natural feedback signal of feeling full.
The person never feels satisfied and always wants more and more and more.
What's a solution?
If a person realizes that's what's happening,
then they can change their attitudes and feelings about eating sugar
and decide it is actually the enemy if eaten a lot and regularly instead of other foods.
They can also find low-sugar foods to replace the high-sugar foods they eat regularly.
For snacks, they can instead...
eat healthy protein snacks or
eat healthy fat snacks or
eat healthy slow-burning carb snacks.
Then they will feel full quicker and longer.
Or better yet, they can just...
drink sips of water now and then all day, and
especially when they feel compulsive hunger urges when they shouldn't.
Often dehydration is misinterpreted by as hunger.
So it's always better to have a few sips of water instead and then wait.
The false hunger sensation might go away quickly after drinking a few sips of water.
