A lot of trouble
I'm struggling with my eating disorder a lot. I've been in hospital once because of this and when I left there, the start was very good, but now it's just been a downhill. Like, I can eat everything that I have to, because I work like a robot when I'm eating, but after that I feel ashamed and I regret eating. I hate my looks and my personality, I can't look into mirrors and recovering doesn't appeal anymore. I don't know how to get better, when all the time everyone else around me is really skinny and I'm the only one that's not. Or that's how I feel.

@thisisnowmyscreenname - One of the hardest things about eating disorder recovery is that you often have to get your body back on track with eating before you're able to really work on the emotional parts of recovery, which are still incredibly important. It sounds like even though it's been emotionally really difficult, that the physical recovery has been going well - are you also taking steps on the other side? Are you seeing a therapist at all about this? I also found support groups really helpful in my recovery.
If you ever want to talk through how you're feeling or need some help finding resources in your area, feel free to message me. Take care and stay strong - it's hard, but you can beat this!
