Am I relapsing or does summer just suck?
Im 16, (nb transmasc, he/they please) and Ive been struggling with some kind of ED for years now- its probably closest to some weird, cyclic combination of Binge Eating Disorder and anorexia which I know doesnt make any sense but whatever it is, its messing up my mental health. Ive hardly been able to eat for the past two weeks unless I was made to do so, and I tried to make myself sick once. I dont know if Im actually relapsing, if I was sick in the first place, etc- I just dont know what to do.
@wrenvibes I'm sorry to hear you've been struggling! It has to be complicated to not knowing what to do or being sure what's going on. How could you be more sure about this &/or find out what's going on?
