Boring long rant...
I am so scared that I have an eating disorder because of my low blood sugar. Also because my mom will be so angry with me. (Long story, I basically got proof he will have me.) And a ton of other reasons. I had to tell my best friend I'm getting better, one (I have 2 best friends and 1 ok friend) knows but she doesn't understand eating disorders. I have many reasons I think i have one, 1. I am always cold and get chills 2. I feel sick and guilty and try to puke after every meal 3. I JUST PLAIN TRY TO FAST EVERYDAY but can never make then more then like 5-8 hours. 4. Last week was my first week of trying to fast, I lost (Edited out by EssenceOfHope for mentioning specific weight counts). 5. I use SOME ana tricks. I'm not pro ana. 6. I count calories, I try my best to do (Edited out by EssenceOfHope for mentioning specific calorie counts) a day but can never do it. I also left out alot... I have learned in the past not to jump to conclusions on if I have something... can someone tell if it sounds like an eating disorder, sounds like one to me.

Hey there, Autumn
I'm sorry to hear you've been scared recently because you suspect you have an eating disorder because of your low blood sugar. It's quite upsetting to know that your best friend doesn't understand much about eating disorders, that can definitely make things a bit more challenging for us, since we expect friendships and family to be our main support system, and it truly saddens me to hear you say that your mother would get mad at you if you did end up having an eating disorder. I understand so you're always cold, and you keep getting the chills, that could definitely be because of not having sufficient body fat to keep our body insulated and at a normal body temperature. Many people struggle with feelings of guilt after eating so you're not alone in that. That guilt prevents you from actually enjoying the meal because of that voice in the back of our head telling us how we didn't deserve to eat and how we aren't going to reach our goal of losing weight if we eat, can you relate to that in any way? this usually results in self-loathing, feelings of shame and hopelessness, many feel the urges to compensate for bringing those feelings up using destructive behaviors and self-imposed rules, similar to what you were describing when you said you feel like throwing up after every meal. It's quite concerning that you tried to fast for a whole week, and lost a significant amount of weight in a short time, such extreme forms of weight loss can definitely be considered eating disorder behaviors I say this because you also stated that you follow some of those pro ana tips.
Autumn, I am not a professional expert who can give you a diagnoses based on a thread you wrote, but you coming here, and writing all this to better understand your situation goes to show something isn't right, and that you speculate on having an eating disorder, to me it does sound like an eating disorder but I can not say for certain, have you considered reaching out for professional support? the earlier we seek intervention, the greater chance of recovery.
(P.S I thought I would remind you that based on community guidelines, it would be appreciated if you avoid stating specific weight figures, and calorie counts, this is because the community if a triggers-free safe zone, but we really appreciate you sharing your experiences with us, and trying to reach out for support, we're here for you)
@Mynameisautumn, I edited out a few things from your post as we are not allowed to share specific weight and calorie counts because it can be triggering for many. Please take a moment to review our community guidelines at the home page of our sub-community. I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling with your eating habits. It indeed looks like a very tough time for you. You are showing symptoms of an eating disorder, if you are concerned about it, maybe you can reach out to a professional, what are your thoughts on it?
