Do you think you have an eating disorder, as you have posted in the eating disorder support section?
If not, anxiety can bring about nausea and make us lose our appetite. Trying to manage your anxiety could improve your appetite over time. Are you seeking support from a doctor/therapist or receiving social support from friends and family?
@SilentSerenityy I am currently having private councilling once a week. i wouldnt say my anxiety gives me nausea. it just makes me not want to eat like i have too much andrenaline and worries that i cant swallow. i've never been sick from it.

I was sharing a common symptom of anxiety, not saying that you experienced it - it's just it can bring on nausea, sorry for any misunderstanding. Being on edge and anxious in general will cause you to lose your appetite! I am glad that you are getting support each week and I hope they're helpful for you.
