If you have symptoms of an eating disorder, and those symptoms are successfully treated, then I suppose it's possible that you might remain overweight, because being overweight is not by itself regarded as an eating disorder. But it's also possible that your weight might be brought within normal range at the same time. It's something you would have to ask the doctors in charge of your treatment.
